Akbuk restaurant review: Camli Seafood Restaurant

The Camli Seafood restaurant in Akbuk is about 1 mile from the town centre and just off the main road. It is easily found from the main road by looking for the large roadside sign.

We were staying at the Summer Breeze Apartments (Oracle) on the main road out of town so it was our closest eatery (5mins walk).

The restaurant is situated on the waterfront, making it a great place to see the sunset. We visited twice in one week, as there's not the biggest choice of restaurants in Akbuk, and Camli is by far the best (if you're a fresh fish fan).

For just over £10 per peson we had a beer each, a side sald to share, a bowl of hand cut home made chips each, and a whole fresh seabass each (picked yourself).

The menu also has some non-fish options.

The restaurant was fairly quiet on both occassions but seemed popular with locals.

Camli is situated in Akbuk, a neighbouring resort to Altinkum so not sure exactly how far it is from Dolphin Square. Although we never went to Altinkum ourselves this time (we're going back again so will explore the area more on our next visit) I believe it is an easy hop in the dolomus. The dolomus runs along the main road, which runs past the Camli Restaurant (look out for the sign from the road), and into the centre of Akbuk. If you're considering the trip why not try visiting on a Tuesday or Friday which are Abkuk's market days? That way you could combine the visit with some shoping.
