We have stayed In the Tuntas Apartments self catering in Altinkum right near the beach and very nice. Also Dolunay Apartments and Esra Apartments are nice for self catering but can't comment on AI as only stayed SC in Altinkum as there were so many nice restaurants to go to.

It depends what you class as a 'really good hotel'. The best you will get in Altinkum close to the beach is 3-3+ star. We've stayed in a few of the hotels in Altinkum and the best for us has been the Garden of Sun All inclusive. The food was nice, not al a carte quality but good value for money and the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable.

be careful, a lot of Altinkum`s hotel are really quite poor standard. What you expect for 3star is more like English two star.Would advise look on trip advisor

The newest hotel in Altinkum is the very impressive Venosa Beach Hotel situated in an area called Yesilkent.Has its own beach and several pools, spa, treatments, etc.Opened last summer.Looks very swanky.Ten minutes on.dolmus to resort centre.

Venosa is a giant of a hotel! built to the side of the big beach at Yesilkent which is about ten minutes by dolmus from Altinkum. The entire morning seems to be made up of outdoor activities accompanied by very loud music.Everyone one to their own.

There is also a new hotel built on the road just out of Altinkum towards Yesilkent.Sorry I can`t remember the name but from the coastal path it looks good.Hope this helps

The Emre hotel is a basic self-catering hotel but is great for the price! Very clean and staff are lovely! Very close to the beach front as well but far enuf away you don't hear anything at night! I would definately stay there again!
