What you wear in Canada is ok. If you'll visit mosques, bring a thin scarf to cover the head. If you don't have one you can buy it (doubles as a souvenir) in the touristic part of Istanbul, which is where you'll be visiting the mosques anyway.

Of course check the weather forecast for those cities and pack accordingly.

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in during warm weather and when you are doing a lot of walking. You will see all fashions in all area's,from ladies fully black clad in long robes to shorts and strappy tops and all things in between.Antalya is a holiday seaside town so shorts are fine.İzmir is a city so wear the same things you'd wear in town at home, same in Istanbul.

As NKT mentioned if you intend visiting any mosques anywhere then just cover your head with a sarf and make sure you have at least a knee length skirt on or some trousers. This isn't Iran so don't worry :)
