Definitely - if anything did happen and money or valuables went missing, your insurance would probably refuse to pay out unless they had been kept in a safe. Worth it for the peace of mind - and I would say that no matter which country I was visiting.

Definitely - passports, valuables, money, documents etc all need to be kept in a safe place.

It only takes one time to destroy a holiday, im with everyone else a safe is a must!! Imagine trying to get home without a passport and having a part of your holiday skint!! all for the sake of a £10 a week or whatever...... everyone it happens to says "I never thought it would happen to me" GET A SAFE, LOL :-)
