Just answered on your other post. The bus leaves the bus terminus in Ras al Khaimah (on the main road opposite Cove Rotana Hotel) and leaves every hour on the hour. You buy your ticket (20dhm) on the bus (in Dubai you buy your ticket at the kiosk). There are two buses that leave Ras al Khaimah. One for Dubai and one for Sharjah. If there are not enough people for two buses they use one bus and go to Sharjah first and then Dubai.

Taxi from Ras al Khaimah bus terminus around 30 dhm. Taxi from City Hotel to Iceland around 45dhm. There are no buses around the town or to Iceland. from bus terminus to City Hotel maybe 10 minutes, from City Hotel to Iceland 15/20 minutes.
