New Years Eve

Hi,

We are staying at the RAK hilton resort and spa over the new year period and would like to know if they are doing the New Years eve outdoor buffet and dance again this year. Does anyone know if this is the case? Any help gratefully accepted

Thanks

Yes, the hotel intends to erect the marquee near the beach for the usual NYE bash. The sister hotel Doubletree also have a final 2012 rooftop party on Thursday 27th. Free entry before 9 pm or 50 aed after 9 with a free drink for gents and 2 free drinks for ladies.

Sorry, I did not realise The Pyramids were complete. If they are it must be a partial opening and is going to be very quiet. They are a bit out on a limb between Al Hamra and Umm al Quainn. I did not realise that Royal Breeze was called as such! Royal Breeze is part of the Al Hamra complex and once again is very quiet. Depending where you are on Royal Breeze your best chance of NYE action will be the small Yacht Club.( not posh!) or somewhere on the Al Hamra Fort Hotel (soon to be Hilton) complex. The golf club may be an option.
