Hoi An Hotels beach front

Howdy visiting Hoi An in May and looking for a good hotel to stay at. All reviews read on Tripadvisor for beachfront properties have mixed reviews, anyone have further details on best place to stay. Looking for clean and comfortable with good pool, breakfast and little bit of luxury without paying over the top.

We stayed at the Victoria a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. The beach is great, and the pool is gorgeous.

We enjoyed the Victoria when we stayed in February.

They have free bikes for you to use - a great way to get around. The shuttle bus into town wasn't always convenient but get the reception to call you a taxi. It will be there in a couple of minutes and approx cost was 70,000 dong - a bargain.

Over the top is $200 + and the moment this is showing about $200 a night, so your comments are appreciated. Prices in Hoi An seem higher - paying for the absolute beach front I suppose. Any comments on the beach ie blue water and clean.

Cheers

take a look at Palm Gardens or Golden Sands and they should fall within your budget- the private beaches at these resorts are lovely-

We just spent 3 days at the Boutique Hoi An Resort, and absolutely loved it. We had a beach front villa (2 bedrooms) right on the beach. The beach is clean and lovely, although the water was too cold for me - the kids had a blast though. And the best part? No one bugging you to buy stuff!!

The beach front villas are over $200 USD but the smaller rooms are less. I booked through Mrs Ha and she got a better rate than advertised on the hotel's website.
