We did a class one evening. It was at Hai Cafe and the chef was from another restaurant that I can't remember the name of. It was a lot of fun and we ate the delicious food afterwards with a glass of wine or two. It didn't cost much - maybe about the equivalent of $15 AUD.

We did the cooking class at Hai Cafe, it was OK but we didn't get to cook any food. There was 6 in our class - they just passed around 6 carrots to cut, 6 shallots to cut etc. Not really a cooking class but we had fun just the same, a couple glasses of wine, great classmates and the food was good. The chef couldn't wait to get out of there!

Next time we'll do the Morning Glory class with Miss Vy.

Red Bridge is great for a group. Best we have experienced was at Cafe 43. Drop in and have some of the best food and 18c fresh beer you will experience in VN. See what you enjoyed and arrange a private cooking class with the friendly owners. I think it was $5 per head or something ridiculous like that. While you are there they will arrange for your washing to be done for 10000vnd per kg!
