Hakone Ryokan choice

Hi guys, I need some advice in booking a Ryokan in onsen. I need a ryokan which can fit my needs

1) located on the hakone loopway

2) outdoor and indoor onsen for male and female, ( not the swapping female and male type)

3) allow us to book private session onsen when is unoccupied

4) serve kaiseki dinner in our room

My budget is around 22000 per person

Does anyone have some suggestion?

we had a great time at taiseikan which was a short walk to the loop train. they have a tram that takes you down to the accommodations and our room was right over the river. great food and they also have massages available, kashikiri, and an outdoor foot bath spring set against a waterfall.
