Bedding for 3 adults?

Can any fellow TA'ers save me a lot of time by identifying hotels they know that have 2 doubles (or larger) in a room (double plus a sofa bed will do in a pinch) - Would like a nice place/location trying to keep around $250/Y22,000 per day

The Hotel Villa Fontaine chain has a couple of hotels with triple occupancy in that price range: Shiodome and Roppongi. What they do is add a third bed to a twin room.

I stayed here. It's budget and really really clean and quiet.

+1 on Hotel Villa Fontaine Shiodome - http://www.hvf.jp/eng/shiodome.php

Stayed there in October with three adults in one room and it was fine - Yen 21000 per night for three occupants with breakfast included

The new hotel Prince Park Tower has large twin rooms with a folding couch/sofa.

Look for frequent special package deals.
