I'll have a 12h stop over at Narita Airportthe 1st of august, and i would like to try a japanese onsen.

do you have any recommendation? do you think i will have enough time?

If you have full 10 hours, of course you'll have time for onsen. If you are doing overnight, you might even go to Inubozaki Peninsula east of Choshi Port (About 1.5 hours via Narita and Choshi by JR and Choshi Electric Railway) and stay at a onsen ryokan right on the coast of the Pacific Ocean.
