Check the Unizo, in Shibuya, we stayed for 5 nights, excellent situation and good quality-price relationship.
Tnx for the imput, the cerulean corner rooms look prety nice
Yes, the Cerulean corner rooms are awesome. The location is excellent, too. You'll be happy with this choice.
In Kyoto, look into the Granvia located within Kyoto Station. It is very convenient for in/out of Kyoto and sightseeing in general. There are lots of restaurants and shops in Kyoto Station complex, too.
The Okura in downtown is also excellent. This location is better for nightlife.
The Best Western Kyoto is located in the centre of Kyoto close to restaurants/cafes and nightlife, and close to public transport. It can be reached by taxi, subway or bus from Kyoto Station, and is very reasonably priced. I enjoyed staying there and found the rooms and service excellent.
Tanx for the info, another cuestion, i visited japan 8 years ago, and heard about the ryokan hotels, specialy in Kyoto, are they worth it, any recomendations, I looked at the grand via and it looks nice and in a god location
