Fuji Q Highland

We might go to Fuji Q Highland on April 4 which it Friday... I am not sure if that day will be super crowding because it Friday and it Japanese school holiday? Is it good to go that day? We plan to ride the bus from Shinjuku Station. Will that bus take us there before they open to beat the crowd? I notice on their website that said 3-ride Set Pass and Free Pass ticket. It seems like all rides are not free and have to buy tickets for rides even already paid enterance?

Yes, it looks like you are correct about the tickets as the following pages show there is an entrance-only ticket and there are entrance+attraction tickets.

Also, if you're only interested in certain attractions, some of them are click-able and show prices at this page:

The park opens at 9 AM and Fujikyu highway bus current timetable is here and shows early arrival times at 7:37 AM and 8:50 AM.

... Early arrival, but you won't get into the park before opening time. It is possible to get a ticket that includes all individual rides, but it is common at parks to pay for each individually.

Friday should be less busy than the weekend. Check out the rides and recommend to go to eenjanaika first, as that gets longs lines. Also be aware that high winds will close the various coasters.
