1. Take a taxi to Shimbashi Station.

2. Take either Keihin-Tohoku Line/Negishi Line train to Kannai or Tokaido Line train to Yokohama then change to Negishi/Keihin Tohoku Line train to Kannai. The latter would be my choice even if I had luggage, as the former seem to take ages.

3. From Kannai, take a taxi to Osanbashi Pier.

Taxi fee:Hotel Okura to "Osanbashi" 35 Km, about 15000 Yen, at midnight, including highway charge.

Hotel Okura to JR "Shinbashi" station, 2 Km, about 730 Yen.

JR 'Yokohama" station to "Osanbashi" 3.7 Km, about 1200 Yen.

JR " Kan'nai" station to " Osanbashi" 1.1 Km, 730 Yen.

Train fee to JR 'Kan'nai" from JR 'Shinbashi' is 470 yen per person, about 30 minutes.
