Advice on self-services / luxury flat for short term stay

Hi,

I've been doing some research on my own on available self-serving / luxury flats for short term stay in Tokyo and I found that the choice is really limited so I turn for your advice :) I plan to spend 10 days in Tokyo in July. Looking at the areas I have narrowed the search to apartment hotel or self-serviced apartments in Shinjuku, Meguro or Bay area, but if you have better recommendations of course do share. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Thank you,

Gandalfi

Check out:

Shinjuku - is very central with lively nightlife and Shinjuku station is a great hub to easily get to Tokyo's central neighborhoods

Meguro - is a quieter neighborhood, but still along the JR Yamanote line so it's easy to access the larger neighborhoods. The Institute for Nature Study park in Meguro is pretty cool as well.

Bay area - will be fairly quiet as well. Odaiba is probably the most lively area along the bay.

"self-serving / luxury flats for short term stay" should be found in Roppongi, Azabu area. It is quite convinient to loiter around clubs and shops.
