The cheapest way is to take the bus : KLIA -- KL Pudu then take another bus from Pudu to Johor Bahru. Refer to KLIA Transport page: http://www.klia.com.my/index.php?ch=77&pg=215

You can refer to KL expert regarding this Puduraya Bus Terminal and KLIA to Puduraya.

After arriving Johor Bahru Larkin Bus Station, take the taxi from Larkin to The Zon Regency, kindly ask the fare before you board the taxi.

Another suggestion: Take the MAS, there will have a flight from KLIA to Johor Bahru 14:25, if your flight can make it then can consider to take the flight and just check there still RM89/way/person MHLOW fare available.

Airasia will need to wait for night flight.

Hope this can help.
