Hey Maggie,

Thanks for the reply! Good to know. My diet is mainly fruit so important that I can locate it!

I'll be staying in the Teluk Nipah area. Do you know if there are any fruit and veg shops around there or are they just in Pangkor town?

Cheers

Thanks for the info! :)

Been to Malaysia before but not Pangkor. Not sure where im staying yet, was just gonna arrive mid-week and walk into a few places to check out the rooms and prices before I decide. Any recommendations? If I like Nipah ill stay for a month so hopefully can find somewhere nice with a decent discount for staying a full month. Got a quote of MYR2100/month from one place which sounds about right for what they offer.

Teluk Nipah is more laid back then Pasir Bogak ... at least for me..

As long as you are coming during normal days & not holiday weekends , i guess u can really just take a ferry across from Lumut , travel by Pink taxi or Motorbike to Teluk Nipah & ask prices door-to-door for all the lodgings.. a lot of them are packed together in Teluk Nipah.. but those are mainly guesthouses & not Homestays which may offer good monthly rates as well..

I only come during weekends & public holidays so prices are more expensive for me..
