Using normal ferry not resort ferry???

Hi I am staying at Pangkor Island Beach Resort. The ferries are infrequent and I wondered if it is easy enough to catch a normal ferry and then a taxi to the resort and vice versa to leave? Is that allowed? Is it a hassle? thanks

Yes of course you can use any which way that you can to get to the resort. The only problem is the normal ferries arrive and depart from Pangkor Town, whereas the Pangkor Island Beach Resort is at the opposite end of the island, so as you say you will need a taxi.
