liveaboard diving

can someone suggest a good/reasonable pricing liveaboard? I have never been on liveaboard before so sorry if this is a dumb question....does the package include airfare...?

Thank you all in advance for helping!

can you put a numerical value to what you consider "reasonable priced" please? i have never booked a package that included airfare but i am under the impression that you can get those - at least for a few liveaboards.

i'm thinking to travel there in Sept or Oct for 8 days. I was thinking around $1600 p/p without airfare.

Hi aloha3152

I have always used www.scubascuba.com I have been with them 6 or so times for liveabaoards in the Maldives and always had the most fantastic time. The website will give you schedules and costs etc, really friendly and helpful company.

Jan will be expensive as it's approaching peak, then again the 1st 2 weeks of jan are normally cheap.

Am I the only who thinks yasawa princess is a cruise boat with diving whereas something like blue o two carpe diem or MV Orion are liver boards in the diver sense of.

A week on a "true" liveraboard which would have an intinary to get to the decent dive sites normally cost from between £ 1500 upwards
