Essaouira Cooking Class

Hi everyone

Is Essaouira Cooking Class run by Fatima still operational? Can anyone provide e-mail address?

Their website is included on this link so hopefully an email address too.

No, I meant this one tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g298349-…

The one you gave a link for is a back-up option. Although it seems more commercial and less authentic experience.

Cheers,

Hi

I think this may be the one http://www.lateliermadada.com/ Lessons with Fatima and translations into English with an English lady (name I forget ) I did the morning course and the afternoon course (for pastries) in August and loved it. Cheers Di

There are two classes running in Essaouira, we couldn't get booked onto the one at L'Atelier so did the pastry course at the other which was a bit of a let down.

La Table had an English lady who came to talk to us, they take you down to the spice market to get the spices you need and to learn a bit too. Gutted we couldn't get on to it! They only take 8 people at a time. One Moroccan Cuisine course and a pastry course a day. The kitchen is stunning.

I can't remember the name of the place we did ours at but someone will know. Mind, someone else as doing the tagine course which looked a bit better but I believe it doesn't go into the same depth as L'Ateliers does.
