The management and reservation desk are unresponsive

I was visiting Granada recently on a trip and decided to go to Barcelo Montelimar for the day, not to stay overnight and so I emailed them at 2 of their emails to get a day rate but no one ever responded. I called the US 800 number and they were very nice but could not help me other than to give me the email to the director. I sent an email to the director and it has been about 2 weeks that passed with no one getting back to me. I decided to just take a drive to Rivas where I had a good time and decided that since they do not need clients, I will never bother with them again. I found another nice resort in Rivas where I will stay next year. Do not bother with Barcelo Montelimar.
