I´ll be in the Philippines may 2010 and would like some help on the matter of travelling from Baguio to the rice terraces further north in the Cordillera.is it Baguio a good hub to visit those spots up north?Tks

If this is your first time in the Phils, I suggest you check-in to a international chain hotel so you would have a peace of mind. After you have done reservation to that hotel, look for the email of that hotel or better to call that hotel to inquire trips to Banaue Rice Terraces.

Filipinos are very hospitable and accomodating to tourist/s.

Yes, Baguio is an excellent base from which to travel north.

As one of the most popular holiday destinations for Filipinos, as it was for Americans before, there are plenty of facilities and attractions.
