8 hour layover in Cebu

Hi guys

Hope some one may be able to help, I am looking for an expat bar or cafe near a beach and close to the airport as I have a layover of eight hours on wed afternoon until I get a flight to H.K.

just looking for somewhere to chill for 5 or 6 hours (few cold beers)

rather than sit in the airport doing nothing

hope someone can help

cheers

Hello

This is the place I would personally choose to chill in for 8 hours. However, it is about 40 minutes from the airport, in normal traffic:

Just across from the departure area at the airport is the Waterfront Hotel. You may find it more convenient to spend your time there. Just walk back across the road when it is time to check-in/board.

I imagine they will let you use the hotel's facilities, for a fee.
