how many days it takes

Like to go to Japan in late Sept or late Oct. for natual sight seeing with a bit relax trip.

Plan to visit Nagoya - Wakayama area - Osaka and Kyoto. Then, heading to south area like Hiroshima, Fukuoka/Kagoshima. plan to use JR train (no driving). Just like to know how many days required. Any draft itineray will be appreciated!

Kyoto: 3-4 days; Nara: 1 day (from Kyoto); Osaka: 1 day (from Kyoto); Nagoya: 1 day (from Kyoto) or 2 days as overnight, perhaps including Tsumago/Magome near Nakatsugawa; Shirahama, Nachi, and Kumano in Wakayama Prefecture: 2-3 days; Hiroshima and Miyajima: 2 days (perhaps 3 days including Kurashiki and Onomichi); Fukuoka 1 day (or pass by just for ramen); (Nagasaki and Unzen area: 2 days); (Kumamoto, Aso, and Kurokawa Onsen: 2 days); Kagoshima and Sakurajima: 1-2 days.
