Here now - taxi assistance please

Hi all

I'm currently staying at the Royale Chulan and am flying to langkawi tomorrow from Subang airport. I have read online that a taxi should only cost from 20-35 ringitts however the hotel are saying they only have hotel taxis at a cost of 150 ringitts. I find this to be a pretty big difference (if the original 20-35 is correct)

A) please can someone advise whether 20-35 ringitts is about right?

2) how do I go about booking a budget taxi from this hotel - are there taxi companies like in England that I can call up and book? If so, does anyone have any recommendations for tomorrow morning?

Help ASAP would really be appreciated

Many thanks

A] no I would say nearer 50myr. 150myr is the price to Sepang the large international airport, around 50myr to Subang. The hotel will have misunderstood which airport!

A] Head out to the main road just flag down one of the taxis on the rank or passing by.
