are you speaking of the proposed world cruise ship terminal as part of the Solar City project? if implemented, this project is massive and is badly needed if Manila is to be a center of world cruise travel.. this is feasible..remember Genting, one of the partners in Resorts World Bayshore , has an ownership interest in Royal Carribean. and Royal Carribean cruise ships have recently stopped at Manila and Boracay. what manila currently has is fine for domestic passenger liners but in order to attract the international cruise passenger market..Manila needs to go big time and world class, hence , this is an integral part of the controversial solar city project.
