You don't need to resort to a dolmus, even a taxi from the airport would be nearer £40 than £400, that price is outrageous. Try a few more transfer companies first.

If not then you can get the airport bus to Bodrum and a dolmus from there to Gümbet.

What airport are you travelling to in turkey?? because a transfer from bodrum airport to gumbet is only cheap. There's no way it could cost that much =\

Did you get a Turkish Lira price and convert incorrectly by any chance? I use a private transfer from www.aegeancoastproperties.com from Bodrum airport to Gündoğan which is much further than Gumbet and it costs 100 Turkish Lira around £35. £400 would pay for your whole holiday in some hotels in Turkey so definitely something wrong with the price you got.
