Flight from GRU Int. Airport to Iguacu with hotel and tour?

I expect to arrive at GRU the morning of 11/29/11 and wonder if a tour with flight to Iguacu, spend 2 days touring and then returning to GRU makes sense and would be cost effective. All input/comments will be appreciated.

Hi Greenwich!

I expect you mean São Paulo Guarulhos Airport, not Guarani International, the airport of Cidade de Leste, Paraguay, across the river from Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil.

We consider Iguasu Falls the high point of our entire trip to Brazil, and definitely worth the excursion from São Paulo. We stayed two days and three nights, and wish we'd had still more time.

If you're arriving in Paraguay, there's a busy international bridge to downtown Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. It's 15 miles from the Brazilian city to Iguasu Falls.

Happy travels,

No doubt: it is worth it! At least two days.

If possible, Robert, send us a feedback about that!
