Nyaung Shwe to Heho will take about 1 hr drive. If you stay in the lake, add boat transfer.

Most of the morning flight go as clockwise and get to Heho about 9-10 am. As Heho is the last destination you can catch a direct flight to Yangon and will take about 1:20 hrs.

But if it is afternoon flight, go as anti-clockwise and you have to fly via at least one sector. Like Heho-Mandalay-Yangon. Leave from Heho ( about 15:00-16:00 ) and get to Yangon about 18:00.
