Do you mean Huangshan city, or the foot of Huangshan mountain (ie Tangkou)?

Tunxi -- Suzhou bus departure at 0610, I don't think there're any bus departures from Tangkou.

Probably easier to head back to Hangzhou. There is probably only a limited service between Tunxi and Suzhou.

There's only 1 daily bus for Suzhou -- Tunxi and it leaves at 0540 from Suzhou South long-distance bus station. I'm not sure how long the bus takes, perhaps around 6 hours?

The overnight train might be a slightly better bet, but it takes almost 14 hours. The timing for the train is slightly better for Tunxi -- Suzhou instead of Suzhou -- Tunxi. Also, it's easier to buy tickets for Tunxi -- Suzhou, since in the opposite direction the train originates from Shanghai and thus Shanghai will get the lion's share of sleeper tickets.
