Swim up rooms - upgrade at Coral Sea Aqua Club?

Hi all.

Has anyone out there booked "standard family" rooms at the Coral Sea Aqua Club, then upgraded to their "Swim up rooms".

How much do they charge, and did you do it once there, or before you travelled?

Any advice would be helpful / Bargaining tool.

Thanks in advance.

One other question if you don't mind.

Does the hotel provide towels for the sunbeds or shall we bring our own?

Hi, can I jump in with a question? Also thinking of upgrading. Is the water at the swim up room deep? What are the safety features for kids? Is there a gate or something? Traveling with my 4 year old :-)

Hmm mm, that adds up over 2 weeks, don't know it's worth it. Thompson website advertised it at £12 per person per night so I guess through the hotel is better. Thanks for the info. See you there ;-)

I wouldn't go into a swim up room with a 4 year old in theory it sounds great but water is freezing it's quite deep for a 4 year old there isn't any barrier from balcony to pool and it's not wide

There is a great kids pool in hotel you will love it
