Buses from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes?

Would anyone know if there are taxis or buses that can take you to Aguas Calientes? I am traveling on a budget and thought that this could be a cheaper option than taking the train.

Also, how long is the train or bus ride from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes?

Appreciate any comments.

Thank you

You can only get there by rail. The trip's about 1.5 hours.

If you plan to travel via Santa Teresa check this:

BEWARE: The road between Ollantaytambo and Santa Teresa is unpaved, narrow, bordered by deep precipices, with over a hundred dangerous curves!! During good weather it can be very exciting but during the rainy season (Dec-Mar) it can be downright suicidal!!! Delays can be expected during any time of the year but landslides during the wet season can close the roads for several days at a time. Don't be tempted to cross the avalanche zones on foot to get to a waiting bus, this can be extremely dangerous. You have been warned, this route is still only for the adventurous.
