Travel Agent in India

We just returned from out 6th trip to India since 2002.

On my wife' s first trip to India, she ran into problems with hotel booking that did not exist, train itineraries that were out of date, difficulties in getting drivers and intra-India flights, etc. It was very very stressful for her. Until she met Mr. Lateef who operates RBS Travels in New Delhi. They were fantastic and we have continued to use them exclusively for all our travels and books though-out India - hotels, trains, flights, drivers, transfers. Their service has been amazing - including late night phone call to alert us to changes in train schedules for the next morning, cancelling train and flights that were already ticked to re-book as our plans changed in mid stream. finding alternative routes when our flights arrived late and we missed our connections. Of all the travel agencies we have worked with world wide, none have been more considerate, more knowledgeable, more willing to go out of the way to accommodate our needs - day and night. Bottom line - RBS Travel is like having the best personal concierge service available 24/7 to solve any problem that arise anywhere in India.

Thank you Mr. Lateef and the entire family and crew at RBS Travels. We look forward to seeing you again in 2013.

You have not mentioned which company you used on your first visit when there were so many problems. Please mention about that to alert others.

Hi LennieGee.

Pleased to hear you found a good agent. There are some excellent travel agents/tour operators in India who go the extra distance in providng exceptional service. It would be very helpful if you can also include information about where you went, hotels you used, which trains you used and the types of activities you enjoyed. As readers of the TA forums, many of us like to have specific facts as well as general comments on the service provided.

Please be careful of this man, a certain AMAR, who owned and managed his owned travel agency, wanderlust travels & tours in delhi india. He is a fraud.
