I don't think there are regular group tours covering all the places you mentioned.
But many agents who provide the tour as per your requirement. You can look for recommendations on the forum.
Place you mentioned are very popular with very good connectivity and hotels of diffeent categories. If you scratch these forums and go through the trip reports and recommendations of travellers who have done this before .....you will be able to organise yourself and may be able to save some hard earned money.
Please mention the total/approx duration of your trip,nights in each place,types of hotels,the mode of transportation to India as far as the mentioned places are concerned.
The cities mentioned above by you are very famous and easily accessible by road and train.
For tour packages it is hard to name the one there are many . But there are many suggestions and recommendations for tour operators on this TA. If you put little time and effort you can do your self.
As suggested by all above, the Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Udaipur route is well connected by rail/road.
You can easily plan a road trip along these destinations by hiring a cab from a car rental company and pick your choice of hotels based traveller reviews on this forum.
You can plan your itinerary, so you spend:
Two nights in Delhi.
Two nights in Jaipur.
One night in Udaipur.
Connectivity by Rail can be planned:
Delhi to Agra: Shatabdi Exp. leaving New Delhi railway station at 0610AM and reaching Agra Cantt station at 0810AM.
Agra to Jaipur: Khajuraho - Udaipur exp. leaving Agra Cantt station at around 0545 PM and arrives at Jaipur Junction at 1020 PM
Jaipur to Udaipur: Khajuraho - Udaipur exp. leaving Jaipur at around 1030 PM from Jaipur Junction station and arrives Udaipur City at 0610 AM.

Most tour companies offer tailor-made tours from Delhi, and they are not much expensive since car and driver are cheap in India. To find the travel companies, you can do a search in the forum.
Though if you have time and are ready to take the pain, you can plan everything yourself as advised by Titus.
