Golden Triangle with Varanasi is very popular and common tour. You can organize this tour yourselves even without taking any services from tour operator. You may book hotels / trains / car according to your budget by searching in TA. Even many DE / members can help you in organizing in- expensive tour by sending PM to him.

Suggested Plan :

Day 01 Arrive Delhi

Day 02 Visit Delhi , Take late evening train to Varanasi. Night sleep in train.

Day 03 Morning Arrive Varanasi & visit

Day 04 Varanasi - visit , evening night train to Agra.

Day 05 Morning arrive Agra - Visit Agra & Fatehpur Sikri.

Day 06 Visit Agra & afternoon train to Jaipur. Night stay at Jaipur.

Day 07 Visit Jaipur

Day 08 Jaipur - Delhi ( By train / car / public buses )

Day 09 Delhi - Home

Delhi Magic is a reliable tour ageny, the owner is a DE here Deepa Krishnan, you can google the company to get the website or send Deepa a private message but as Hari Mangal says this is an easy itinerary to organise yourself, we did more or less the same route, booked a flight from Delhi to Varanasi, then got the overnight train to Agra, from there a private car and driver to Jaipur so that we could stop off at Fatepur sikri along the way, you could keep the car to return to Delhi.

Totally agree with Hari Mangal G considering this trip to be organized by yourself as we believe that these cities are well connected by trains/road. However, getting in touch with reputed/recommended travel companies i.e Delhi Magic, Trinetra Tours, When In India Tours etc for better idea's/advices is a good suggestion above given by DE. You can also find many other reputed companies by scratching above corner travel forum.

Good luck!!

You can also check the quotation with Holiday India Travel or India Travel Rajasthan and United India Travels. They can also provide you the same tour.

Just make your own itinerary and book things on your own in each places. What Mr. Hari has suggested looks good.

Places are quite well connected through railways and hopefully you won't have any problem in that.

If by any chance you find difficulties in arranging things , you can post over here and volunteers will help you out.

For hotels, you can check reviews and to book tickets , just go to cleartrip, makemytrip, ixigo sites . They are useful.

We made our own itinerary up & just hired a car & driver which was IMO the best way to go & all very easy to do.
