Does anybody know of the Claremont or Clairmont Hotel

We are staying in this hotel at the beginning and middle of an escorted tour of India, but I can't find any reference to it on the Internet. Can anybody help please? What's it like and what facilities does it have? Also where is it situated in Delhi? I wondered if it had been re-named

There is a hotel in Delhi called Claridges, wich is quite a well known one, and centrally located. If this is the one then it's fairly upmarket and should have most facilities.

Funny thing that I had the same question. See my post earlier today

asking about Claire Mont. My travel agent in India tells me this is

a 4-star deluxe hotel. For Dlx room inclusive of Breakfast & Taxes

in September, his rate is US$122 (INR5500) . This is all the info

I have.

well , i would want to agree with him but cant , its a totally new property and 122 dollars seems to be very steep for it considering it is more like a small business hotel , but since i havent been inside i wouldnt want to coment further. njoy

Hi Jim,

i am from delhi.I have not been to the hotel yet but i have heard it is really beautiful.

But let me warn you that it is pretty much on the outskirts of the city.

It is on the delhi gurgaon border.
