NASA with Toddler

Have some free time on Friday during a business trip and thought about taking wife and son to NASA. He's a preschooler (5), so not sure how much he would enjoy this. If we go, it would be in the morning. What are your thoughts? If not NASA, any other ideas? Thanks!

Are you talking about the U.S. Space & Rocket Center? If so, I think your son would have a great time. We've been taking ours since he was 4, and he has always loved it.

No NASA tours here like they have in Florida. They stopped that after 9-11. Our kids liked the Space and Rocket Center even at a young age. They won't take as much time looking at things as you would like but they will love the play area and some of the interactive displays. Just don't expect them to have a very long attention span.

Good news, Skull04, for the first time since 9-11, NASA will begin having bus tours of the facility, beginning July 16th! The tours will be an hour long. Read this article for more details:
