Booked Amunuca for January

OK we're excited....I booked Amunuca for 7 nights in January and can't wait.

It will be nice to just relax on an island with a cocktail in hand (not all day/night). We plan to snorkel and fish a little and whatever comes our way. Most holidays we go,go,go so hopefully you will read what a relaxing time we had!!!

Great to read that things seem to be improving at Amunuca, as I feel we've gone out on a limb on this one.

Anyway stay tuned...........and fingers crossed for us it's a wonderful holiday

Cheers Leanne

I am sure you will have a wonderful time. Will be interesting to see what you think of it as it is one of the resorts on my short list for October.

I'd love to read your trip report/review on the resort.

Since it was sold and the new owners took over the reviews appear to be a bit better.

Have a fantastic holiday

Thanks everyone I'll be sure to post an honest review on return. Just have to get through Xmas, then a 5 day kayaking race my son participates along the Murray Rivert that my son participates in and it will then be RELAX/cocktails/snorkelling/swim/spa time for us...

37 sleeps to be exact! :):)

It's the Vic Super Murray Marathon that runs from Yarrawonga to Swan Hill. I just found Amunuca on Facebook as well and there's so many more beautiful pics......cannot wait!

The facebook page is really great - there's a discussion board and they're (Amunuca) very responsive. There are people there who go twice a year that regularly post too.

I'll be at Amunuca for 2 nights from the 27th of December. I will be going with a friend but he doesn't snorkel. Is it safe to snorkel alone at the islands?
