For 7 days recommend La Fortuna/Arenal-volcano, hot springs, La Fortuna waterfalls, canopy/zip line, hanging bridges, many more. Also Manuel Antonio for guided tour NP, nice beaches, beautiful sunsets, lots of other activities. This itinerary most recommended but pp had lots of great places listed-all amazing in their own way.

The must sees:

IF flying into San Jose

Arenal/La Fortuna area

These are very popular and can be done in 7 days.

If flying into Liberia:

Hope this helps,
