My husband and I, along with 3 boys, ages, 13,15,17 are thinking about waterfall rappelling @ Arenal in a few weeks. My boys and me are all in excellent physical shape, but my husband rarely exercises and is slightly overweight. Will this be too strenous for him? we have gone hiking and white water rafting before, just not sure of this since I have no clue what all is involved.
my youngest son and I are afraid of heights but are willing to try and brave it because it looks like so much fun! any advice for those afraid of heights?
