JW Marriott vs Westin - Which resort is better for kids?

Hi, we have Marriott and Westin points to use for an Easter week vacation next year. The Westin points seem to be a better value since that resort is all inclusive vs the JW Marriott. From what I am reading it sounds like the beach is not very nice at the Westin. Is there another beach within walking distance of the Westin that is nicer? We have two boys who will be 6 and 12 at the time of travel. Which resort would have a better kids club/activies for kids?

Westin has a kids club and daily activities for kids as one of their all inclusives features. I agree in this case Westin is a better value and it is all inclusive.

The beach at the Westin is Playa Conchal and is gorgeous! However, it gets deep very quickly so watch the kids. The one at the Marriott is rather rocky.
