Group Meeting Up

There are 8 of using flying in to Liberia (3 different flights) all within 2 hours of each other. Where would you suggest we meet? We are getting picked up by a private charter but need someplace to tell everyone to meet up past security/customs. Thanks much.

Once you clear customs, you will be "herded" down an area that is roped off. At this area, your driver will be waiting with someone's name on a sign. You can go right to your driver and explain that there are two other "sets" of people arriving. Then, just get out of the way! There's nothing really in the way of chairs, but you can walk across towards the doorways and just stand to the side and wait for your other parties. Your driver will then wait for the others.

If you don't want to wait, you can get your driver to put your luggage in the van and then grab a taxi to a nearby restaurant such as La Choza de Laurel or More Than a Coffee Shop - both about 5 minutes from the airport. You could instruct him to tell the next set of people where you have gone and they can join you there. Then, once the last group arrives, he can just pick you up at the restaurant.

It's a small airport and really no seating either in the departures or arrivals area - just in the boarding area.

La Choza de Laurel or More Than a Coffee Shop good for waiting

I think that La Choza had the internet down last time I stopped there but great food and nice typical building
