Where to stay long term in Playas Coco area?

I have 3 to 6 months in the area, and would like a small inexpensive apartment. Was hoping for a shared apartment, with my share being around $300-$400/month . It must be on, or with a view of the ocean! I need to be near shopping and nightlife, and would like to attend Spanish lessons part of my time there. Playas Coco/Ocotal/Playa Hermosa???? Any suggestions??
