The boat trips in tortuguero dont have bathrooms in the boat, I am very sure if is a emergency they can find a way to do something. From where are you planning to take the boat from. Are you coming in one of the caribean cruises. NATUREGUIDE

Avoid everything to do with Clic Clic. They will say they can provide a guide but he is just a man with a boat. No skills. Then charged 4 times what promised. I am spanish speaking, so it was not a misunderstanding. These are VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE.

There are many ways to take a tour through the canals. You must do this, it is the best way to see wild life! Most of the hotels provide excellent guides on their tours. There are no bathrooms, but the tours are usually only 2-4 hours.

No bathrooms on board, but most tours are only about 3 hours. Ours was amazing - crocs, otters, 3 kinds of monkeys, blue morphos, gorgeous birds like parrots and toucans. Our boat was open air, but we also saw kayaks, canoes, covered boats, etc. Depends on your own tour and who you go with.

Just a simple boat...most of them good for 12 or 15 people...nice ride...a lot great vegetation...

Just buckle up and enjoy the ride in PARADISE!

Hi,

Each boat tour is no longer than 2 hours. There are no bathrooms on the boat, and even with an emergency, there really isn't anywhere to go.

Hope this helps,

Same thing with the turtle nesting tour. Our lodge gave us chilled bottled water that I was really wanting to drink, but we were sitting, sitting, sitting at the ranger station waiting, no bathrooms around, so I was afraid to drink it! I was wondering what the rangers do.
