Stopover between Osa and San Jose

We have one night on our drive from Osa back to San Jose to fill. We are staying at Tiki Villas on the way to Osa so will have explored that area, but would still prefer the coastal route.

Any suggestions on a halfway-ish point between the two towns?

Thanks for all suggestions...

Ojochal and have a nice dinner, or near Manuel Antonio to tour it in the morning.

Manuel Antonio. Closer to San Jose, many choices for accommodation and eating out.

Manual Antoinio is the tourist epicenter of the coast. Its worth a stop over if you are interested in that. Domical is a relatively sleepy surfer town. Its another option.

For a nice stop over...Hotel Villas Caletas...or Hotel El Paso de Las Lapas...great places...one with amizing ocean views and the other one at the mountain side...mostly to enjoy red macaws flying around ...FREE!
