Any casual, budget, but nice views of the city in San Jose?

Are there any casual, budget friendly restaurants, but with nice views of the city of San Jose for a Sunday evening dinner?

$7.50 is not a range. It is a starting point. And most of the entrees fall a lot closer to the UPPER end of the actual range, which is $7.50 to $29. Besides any of that, the Monastere is NOT open on Sunday nights, so the pricing is kind of moot. No fears though as there are plenty of good alternatives for "mirador dining" most of which are also a little more "budget-friendly". For starters, you might try La Luz Restaurant at the Hotel Alta, just off of the old road between Escazú and Santa Ana. Entrees there range $9.50-21. Another good family friendly place is the Mirador Ram Luna located above Aserri in the mountains south of San Jose. Entree prices there range between $6-13. And both of those latter places ARE open on Sunday nights.

TIQUICIA restaurant located on the Escazu hills...incredible viewsa of San Jose, Escazu parts of Heredia and Aljuela...just the best views...good costarican typical food...

Just buckle up and enjoy the ride in PARADISE!
