briang, these are both superior properties with excellent amenities and beautiful surroundings. Both are in the far northern end of the valley, so the fact that they are all inclusive is good since you are a good 30-45 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale. If relaxation, wonderful food and great services are your goals, you will be in good shape with either choice.

The Four Seasons has far superior service than the Boulders. If you liked the FS the first time, I definitely recommend going back.

If you do want to try something new, though, you might consider the Royal Palms Resort in Scottsdale. It's a gorgeous place, very romantic, and the staff there is quite willing to accomodate any special requests - moonlight dinner in a secluded alcove on the property, candles in the room, etc. Just talk to the Romance Concierge and he'll help you out.

They also have a gorgeous spa - it's small, but very well-appointed. If you want to splurge, get the Aqua Dolce treatment.
