airport transfer in Capetown

My family of 3 will be visiting Capetown in February, staying at the Breakwater Lodge. What is the best way to get from the airport to the hotel? Is a taxi the best choice, or is there a van service or something similar? Thanks.

Hello jnhdrac,

You can either ask your hotel to organise a taxi or you can try http://www.4taxi.co.za

Enjoy your trip.

we just returned from Cape Town yesterday (I am so sad) and we had a very wonderful and efficient transfer arranged to and from the airport. It was 250 Rand which isn't all that much more than a taxi would have been and it was so nice to have someone waiting for us as we walked out of baggage claim.

Her name is Tania and she was very reliable. We also hired her for a day trip to the wine country!

Cheryl at Fusion Tours will collect you at the airport and take you to Breakwater Lodge. She is a qualified Tourist Guide and be contacted at "fcwallace@worldonline.co.za". Cheryl's rates are very reasonable and less than a taxi.
