Cape Town - 5 days

Going to Cape Town in early November with my wife. We will be there for 5 1/2 days, from Sunday afternoon to Friday night. I would like to see the city (including V&A waterfront and the aquarium), the Winelands, Table Mountain, the Botanical Gardens, the Peninsula, and do a safari day trip to Aquila or Inverdoorn. If we could fit in any whale watching or beach time, that would be a plus.

1) Any suggestions on a day-by-day itinerary for this period?

2) Any suggestions for a good peninsula tour?

3) Any suggestions for a good "four passes" winelands tour?

4) How many hours should I set outside for Table Mountain if I use the cable?

Thanks very much.

I think this person is jacques du toit, a private tour guide who appears to be promoting his own tours. Apologies if I am wrong
