Hi, it's around 20 minutes walk, you walk past the yellow marker (post office) on this map link and it's a further 10 minutes.

Or you could text or phone them and they will pick you up from your hotel in their courtesy minibus and return you to the hotel when you have had enough.

Sorry, don't have their number to hand, but will post it if I can find it.

You can phone them on :- 0090 252 617 0048

You can text them on :- 0090 534 414 09 49

Their website is :- www.thesugarbeachclub.com

When phoning Sugar Beach in resort, do you enter all the above numbers when using a payphone or do you leave some off?

Hi Keith, you shouldnt need the 0090(country code) just add a 0 before the rest of the number i.e. 02526170048. We usually wander down to The Help Bar on the front, have a leisurely latte, with complimentary choccie spoon-mmn & ask one of the staff at Help if they'll phone Sugar Beach & pick us up (Help/Sugar Beach same management) Dont want to do anything too energetic!! We love Sugar Beach on a Saturday as they have a guy(Bert) who plays reggae-Bob Marley,UB40 etc , which really adds to the already chilled and relaxed vibe-heaven!!

Hi mbuk, thanks for that.

Totally agree with you about Bert, had the pleasure last year and just laying in the shallow water listening was pure heaven.

Like you, going saturday, and cant believe its finally here after booking in January.

You have a safe journey and great time too mbuk, you never know, our paths may well cross, especially on a Sugar Beach Saturday. They are kept free from excursions.

Hi, Sugar beach sounds great. Is the pick up and drop off dependant on paying an entrance fee or compulsory sun loungers etc or can you just buy drinks?

Thanks

There's no admission charge to most of the "private" beaches by the lagoon. It would only be courteous to have a few drinks or hire a sunbed if you've been picked up in their minibus.

Here's an updated map of most of OD's beaches:
